Triathlon Coaching Accelerate your training

We provide expert on-line coaching services and one-on-one training sessions to triathletes and single sport endurance athletes of all ages and abilities. Whether this is your first sprint triathlon or you are looking to qualify for Kona or Boston, we are here to get you to the finish line faster and happier. We believe in paying thorough attention to the details of your training, so we communicate on a daily basis through Trainingpeaks, Skype, e-mail, texting, and/or phone calls to make sure you receive appropriate feedback. Essentially, we are here to guide you every step of the way to get you in peak condition while also balancing other life and work commitments. We believe that every athlete needs and deserves a high level of attention, that coach access should not be limited, and that it is important to get to know every athlete on a personal level to get the most out of the program. Therefore, we offer only one premium level of service with the option to add on individual training sessions as needed.

  • Complimentary in-person initial consultation to discuss your goals, current training, past injury history, life commitments, and athletic background (Skype or phone can be used for out of town clients)
  • Assistance setting both short-term and long-term goals and having realistic expectations
  • Specific, detailed daily workouts, including strength training, written for you on a weekly or bi-weekly basis around your time constraints and goals.
  • Premium account on TrainingPeaks to log your workouts (includes ability to upload Garmin files, power data, etc)
  • TrainingPeaks notifies your coach immediately to allow for real-time feedback
  • Unlimited adjustments based on on-going review of your progress and to accommodate those last minute changes in your life
  • Data analysis through power, HR, and pace
  • Unlimited communication through e-mail, text, and phone calls
  • Long-term clients can enjoy an in-person post-season wrap-up/pre-season planning session, when location/timing permits, preferably over a glass of wine or good food
